Code & Symbol was a monthly publication started by DCI in August of 1975 to provide more complete information to those administering product and container codes in manufacturing, distribution and retailing companies focusing on North America. Targeted industries extended beyond food to Pharmaceuticals, publishing, packaging and more.
The information could be more tecnical and complete when compared to the UPC Newsletter which DCI also published monthly.
